Previously, I was stationed at Little Rock Air Force Base. I received orders and later left the area, and began to use my home as a rental property. Years went by without any problems, I had great renters for about 5 years. I was lucky to be without issues for that long without having a property manager. I was notified early May of 2016 that my tenant would be moving away and would not be renewing his contract that June. I had to start the new rental process and began interviewing long distance. Well, my luck finally ran out and I picked the wrong person to begin a new contract with. Long story short, the tenant paid only partial rent over almost 2 months and needless to say, I had to evict my tenant from about 6 states away and was very tough to get him out. Immediately I put the house up for rent again...no luck after almost two months. As you may know, it is very difficult to pay one mortgage and rent another home and keep the household going...very tough. I then felt it was time to try and sell the home to prevent a possible foreclosure situation. I made contact with Michelle Phillips, and the rest is history! Once she listed the home, I felt reassurance that I truly had someone in my corner, and that all would be okay. I felt like a miracle was before me, as I had nothing left to pay for the next month's mortgage payment...She saved me! I am so grateful to have been in her care, and I cant tell you how much I appreciate everything she did for me!
