I simply cannot put into words how above and beyond Kristen has been as our property manager. We have had numerous PM over the years and I can honestly say Kristen is in a league of her own. She responds promptly to every need of both the tenant and homeowner. I could go on and on about how she has outperformed every PM I've ever come in contact with in my 10 years of experience.

She recently gave tips/advice on a PM matter that wasn't her unit, in the same state, or had anything what so ever to do with her services. What she didn't know she steered us in the right direction and whatever she could do to help us in our unique situation she did it. Plain and simple folks.
